Cross Linked Polyethylene Foam

Tolipack Packaging's Crosslinked Polyethylene Foams are produced by firing a rigid polyethylene sheet obtained by extrusion using chemical crosslinking agent and chemical foaming agent.

Crosslinked Polyethylene Foams have closed pores and smooth surface. These products have superior mechanical and thermal properties due to cross-linking in their structure.

Crosslinked Polyethylene Foams; It has closed cell structure and provides thermal insulation. Water and moisture proof. Capillary water absorption rate is zero. Reduces impact sound. Environmentally friendly, HCFC and no harmful / prohibited chemicals. It does not contain any material harmful to health. The products are antibacterial. They are not affected by chemicals and environmental conditions. Does not collapse after impact due to its flexibility.It can be produced in different thicknesses and sizes.

Chemical cross-linked polyethylene foams have a thin and smooth cell structure. Products  with closed cell structure and density are using in buildings for heat insulation, concrete joint cavities and industrial sealing applications.

They are preferred in packaging and industrial applications due to their low moisture absorption and non-immersed in water.

It has no electrical conductivity and is completely insulating. It cannot be digested by rodents and pests. It is antibacterial. It does not allow fungus and mold growth.

It is compatible with construction materials such as drywall, OSB, tiles. It can be easily applied with any adhesive or dowel. Effortless application saves time and workmanship.
